3 v 3 both teams aiming to score in the same goal. Winner stays on.
Team with the ball is attacking, team without the ball is defending. If the defending team gains possession they must dribble the ball outside of the D and back in to become the attacking team. The original attacking team is now defending.
The game will continue until a goal is scored, at that point the team that didn't score will rotate with another team of 3.
The 2 teams of 3 not in the game will be on the edge of the channel and can play the ball in if it is passed to them by any player. e.g. if a red player passes to person on the edge they then have to play the ball back in to another or the same player on the red team.
The team who retains the most possession in the attack will win.
