Players split into 2 even teams and placed in an end zone.
Players must pass or dribble around in their areas until the coach shouts a number e.g. 2. The number represents the amount of players how can leave their end zone to go and steal balls from the opponents territory.
Once they have stolen a ball they must dribble it through no mans land (where they cannot be tackled) and return to their end zone. If they do not steal a ball fast enough then the whistle will blow and they must return empty handed.
The coach will then shout another number
