Start play with 1st: LB hitting to CH who then hits to LM who then passes to LW and then leads to top of circle. LW then Hits across the circle to RW who then passes to top to the LMid waiting who then shoot for goal. Alternate sides for next start.
LW goes to end of line in Mid and LM goes to end of line LW etc. Alternate FB + CH after min 6 accurate hits.
Variation 1: add defender from back line to only engage once ball pass the G Spot. Can also add attacker LW follows pass into circle to link with Player shooting for goal.
Variation 2: Add 2 defenders and both wingers follow thier passes into circle for a 3 vs 3 shoot out. Play ends when ball cleared of goal scored.
Ensure all hits are stick to stick work on acuracey and timeing. Ensure players move between stations quickly to keep intensity of drill.
