Direction play, 6 v 6 with reds attacking blue goals and blues attacking red goals. The yellow area in the middle is a ball free zone. The ball must not be passed through or into this area. Players on either side may run through this area, but the ball must not.
To score a goal the ball must be passed through the wide goals and must be received under control either way.
If the ball goes into the yellow area, possesion is lost and the other team have the ball.
