Set up twelve one metre wide gates the aim of this drill is for the particapnts to travel with the ball through all the gates looking up and avoiding other particpants, this will give the particpants a chance to get a feel for the hockey stick and ball before moving onto the next drill to make this drill more difficult i could remove half of the balls and the aim then is to dribble with the ball and pass it to a fellow particpant with the ball having to go through a set of cones to make the pass, i could also make the width of the cones smaller meaning the particpants have to dribble more accurately.
