6 defenders to start: 1 in each red gate
Attackers split 1/2 and 1/2 at each starts point (Green gate)
Attackers enter ladder to defeat defenders one at a time.
Attackers aim to exit area in between red and blue cones and then take on next defender
One the area is clear the next attacker can start
If defender wins the ball they continue through the ladder in the same direction and the dispossesed attacker takes over as the defender in that area.
