Coach says "Go" and tosses the ball over the goal onto the pitch. Players do not know where the ball is going.
One player from each side sprints to the ball to gain possession.
Once possessed, try to score. Defender works to stop the goal.
Ball can be tossed from either behind the goal or from outside the D. Key is to toss from behind the players so they don't know the direction.
