Centre Forward (A) must travel through the box to the other side without being tackled by the Full Back (D).
- Full Back is only allowed to tackle inside the box
- Once the Centre Forward reaches the far side, they become the Full Back and the Full Back will rejoin the line of Forwards.
A - Be imaginitice/creative with elimination techniques
- Dont be afraid to use 3D/Skills that might be out of your comfort zone
- Must be quick/change of pace is important
- Attack the space
- Keep your feet moving
D - Keep the attacker on your forehand
- Be patient
- try to channel the attacker out of the sides of the box
- Low body position
- Stick protecting feet out infront
- Dont get caught belly button to belly button with the attacker (flat footed)
