The drill includes a 3v3 in the D. Then any extra players stand around the edge of the D with a pile of balls each, they start as feeders and give the ball to the attackers.
The reds can pass to one another and they have to feed the ball in.
Attackers must score.
Attackers: get into the main areas in the D; T spot, P spot, top D and back post. They must rotate and not stand still.
Defenders: Mark tight, don't let the attackers go.
Feeders: don't force a pass, switch it between themselves if possible.
