Blue players outside the box must score points by passing through the box to the other side. The defenders inside must try and intercept the pass. 1 pass or 1 interception = 1 point. 1st team to 10, losers do 10 jumping jacks/burpees/push ups.

Progression:
Coaching points: 1) Do not hold the ball too long 2) Fake the defenders 3) Defendes must also move where the ball goes
- Attackers: look for weaknesses in the defence, and time the pass. Use eyes and body position to deceive defenders.
- Defenders: Anticipate and create 'fake space' that you can intercept in if pass goes there. Create depth, and cover left foot of player in front of you.
