Keep the Ball Moving

Great site. An absolute must for coaches who are willing to change...
Ignatius

DESCRIPTION

Can be played as a 5v1 or 4v1.
Players must try and keep possession of the ball while
the player in the middle has to try and win the ball.
The condition of the practice is that the player in
possession is not allowed to stop the ball dead, instead
they have to keep the ball moving at all times.

It is important that the player in possession of the ball keeps their stick close to the ball at all times.

The players off the ball need to continually move around the space ensuring they are in the right areas to be able to recieve the ball.

Upon recieving the ball payers should have an idea what they want to do with it next.
