1. Ball passed from one attacker to the defender then back to the attacker.
2. Attacker can then start to attack the goal.
3. As the attacker starts to attack, the defender at the top of the D steps up and the defender on the half way line sprints to the penalty spot then backs up the first defender.
4. Both attackers try to score.
Defenders - getting back behind the other defneder and communicating, telling them which space to block off. Stay on toes and jab to try keep the attackers head down. Position yourself to control the direction in which the attacker moves.
If the first defender is beaten then the second defender steps in and the first defender sprints to get behind the second defender
Attackers - Keep shoulders pointed towards the goal, keep head up and communicate
