DESCRIPTION

  1. Ball starts at Red A and starts by an overhead to the Blue A or D groups.
  2. They them receive it and decide which box to attack.
  3. If defenders turnover they counter the goals on the left or right side
  4. If attackers get through they can have a shot.
  5. If ball is still in play defenders can counter the goals on the sides.
  6. Defenders in the boxes are only allowed to defend once the ball has gone into there box.

COACHING POINTS

  • Add more attackers
  • Add more defenders
  • If no one can throw an overhead then a hit or fake slap can be used
  • Every time defenders score the attackers must do push ups or a quick shuttel
