DESCRIPTION

Equipment Needed :

* Three markers and all the balls

Similar to the previous exercise, the player will make his way towards the furthest marker with the ball at his stick, as he/she arrives at the marker s/he will pull the ball back whilst turning towards the marker behind him. S/he will then perform a 180 spin and will end up facing the goal. The exercise will be finished with an execution.
