DESCRIPTION

Equipment needed :

*One ball and two markers ( for every 4 players )

The ball must be carried forward at a constant speed from one marker to another. The player must try to keep his head up as much as possible whilst performing this exercise in order to gain a better view of the pitch as it would help increase his/her ball control skills if she/he is able to perform this exercise without looking at the ball.
