The RED defender (the 'fly') runs to wherever the Striker receives the ball to block the shot or make the tackle.
The YELLOW and WHITE defenders run out, but not all the way to the edge of the D - instead they protect against the Striker playing a slip left/right. If the Striker beats the Red defender, one of you must move in to tackle her before she shoots.
The BLUE defender stands inside the goal but in front of the line to defend any shot at the left post.
The GK advances 4-5 steps, and is responsible for defending the centre and the right side of the goal.
