Working in the same groups of 8. Nominate 2 defenders to begin with. The other 6, get into 2 groups of 3. The 3 attackers will line themselves up one on left, middle and right. They start with the ball and they are trying to score, they can not move with the ball. They have to try and get past defender and score. Defenders are trying to intercept this. Rotate around after each person has had a go attacking.
