DESCRIPTION

Start from your head and work down your body:

Head/shoulders:

  • Circle head side to side
  • Circle elbows, shoulders and then arms backwards (repeat forwards)

Core/legs:

  • Stand with legs shoulder width apart, stretch to one side touching toes, repeat the other
  • Stand with legs shoulder width apart - reach to the floor - touch in front, middle and behind
  • Sit on the floor with legs out in front - reach forwards - stretch
  • Sit on the floor - circle ankles (both directions)
  • Dont just stand at the front and get them to copy - show them and then walk round to make sure they are doing it right - correct if need to
