How to swing arms when bouncing

DESCRIPTION

  1. For this part, refer back to the warm up when they were swinging their arms backwards - get them to redo this movement
  2. Demonstrate aswell - enforce how they go up to your ears and down back by your side
  3. Get them to perform on the trampoline - do 3 bounces without, 3 with
  4. Once confident, increase amount to 10
  • Make sure their arms dont go too far backwards (up to their ears and down)
  • More practice, the easier it will get - enforce this message
