DESCRIPTION

  •  Attack vs guards (guards having a skills ball at their feet)
  • Attackers scoring 1 goal by passing the ball into a mini goal and 3 for dribbling across the dotted line
  • Start with guards locked in areas. Progress to guards can go anywhere they like
  • Guards must have the ball at their feet at all times! No tackling - just being a nuisance
  • two 3 minute rounds. Swap between each rounnd

COACHING POINTS

  1. Start Positions (work together to create space)
  2. Be Positive (Play forwards if possible)
  3. Look after it (If not, can I share it to someone who can play forwards?)
