DESCRIPTION

Each teams has 2 players and one goal to defend and one to attack.

The ball is not allowed to stop or go over head height.

By passing and dribbling the ball players must try to score goals

Limit players to three touch football to prevent players holding on to the ball for too long and get them thinking about where their next pass is going to go.

4 minute games

3 minute active rest by juggling a ball individualy with feet.

4 reps

Make sure players use the full width of the area to stretch their opponents and make moving the ball easier.
