DESCRIPTION

Each player has a ball. the coach moves about the field with the players. Each palyer dribbles with their ball and tries to kick thier ball at the coach. when the ball hits the coach that player gets a point

veriation: animal sounds

COACHING POINTS

Balance (leaning a bit forward, on balls of feet), relaxed movement.

 Dribbling: body weight forward, knees bent, on balls of feet.

Passing: body weigth forward, ankle locked, plant foot next to ball. strike through the ball, head down
