20X30 grid, 4 cones, balls. divide in to 2 teams. 1 team on the out side the grid the other team with ball in the grid. team in grid dribbles with ball using inside, outside, laces and bottom of foot. calling out teammates by name on the out side of grid then pass them the ball. then recieve the return pass, and continue dribbling. team on the out side is moving all the time.

Dribbling: inside, outside, laces, botton. heads up, propper passing tech: toe up, lock ankle, follow through with leg. communication: calling out the person that is recieving the ball. recieving the ball: check to the ball, foot locked, toe up. knee bent on plant foot.
