Two teams, each player on those teams will label themselves 1-5 (or however many players they have, if one team has a player less, then the number 1 will also go as the last number for the other team) The coach will shout a number, player must listen, if their number is called they must try and win the ball in the middle where the coach throws it to, however when one player does not win the ball then that player temporarily becomes the defender, and needs to win the ball back. The aim is to score in the goal furthest away from their team. Both players will be continually playing as the attacker and defender.
- Be patient, if you know you are not going to win the ball first, then sit back and wait. Do not rush in, and force yourself in making a mistake.
- Follow the four steps of defending if you are the defender.
- The player trying to win the ball back, pressure and push the attacker to their weaker side to try and win the ball back.
