3 players on the outside with 2 balls between them
The player in the centre has to call for a pass and receive it (just slightly away from the cone)
They then have to take a touch to control it and then pass to a player who doesn't have a ball
They then have to turn away and find the next pass
Work for 2/3 mins then change
Pull away from central cone to gain space
