40x30yrd grid split into 3 channels 10yrds wide, 4 players of the same colour play in each channel, 2 positioned by central cone & 1 at each end, 3 Teams (4xYellow, 4xRed, 4xBlue), cone positioned centrally in each channel
End players pass to 2 central players, central players start next to defender, 2 central players in each channel create space short & long to receive pass, one receiving the pass they either pass on to other target player, or combine with other central player (who creates an angle to receive), then pass through to the opposite end
