In this drill we will be putting various drills into practice which is running, dribbling and passing. This drill requires 3 groups of 5. The aim is to test the agility and skill of the player by dribbling in and around cones from Section A to Section B and then passing to the next player. The next player would then have to dribble from Section B to Section A and lay of the ball to the next individual. This drill will be relayed at least 4 times to cover the 20 minute time frame.
