DESCRIPTION

Game related practice – Using same groups from the warm up, make two lines in front of two goals, 1 player by each goal. Player runs up and controls the ball with chest, then thigh and pass or volley into goal. 1 point for using five or less touches.

Keep on the toes

Throw ball around chest height

Positive first touch

Keep knee over the ball when shooting
