Pass and Move
Everytime the ball is passed to a player there must be movment off the ball.
Drill (A) - Blue Players will start with the ball and pass to the red players. After passing, the blue player follows the color of the cone (Blue) Red will control the pass from blue and pass back to blue using two touches then progress to onetime pass. Blue will recieve the pass on a turn or a simple control.
Red will then follow suit and target the next red cone top of the penalty box. Blue player will then dribble towards the centre of the field and dribble around the yellow cones. Blue player will then pass to player red who will recieve the pass and turn with a one touch and strike/shoot for goal.
Repeat and rotate on the other side of the field.
Drill (B) - As per the Drill (A) except when blue player passes to red player from the center from around the yellow cones. Blue player must move towards the blue cone opposite the red player on the penalty box who will recieve a one touch or two touch pass from red player. Blue player then strikes/ shoots for goal. Repeat and Rotate on the other side of the field.
Add in Defenders at the top of the penalty box to add preasure under the strike.
Accurate passing.
Fast and electric movement off the ball.
Controlled dribbling (Tight)
Heads up.
Communication.
Limit time on the strike/shoot.
