Create a grid of approximately 30x30m. Create 6 rectangles of 10x15m. Place one atacker (white player) in each box and one defender (red player) in every two boxes.
PROGRESSION
Coach provides the first pass to one of the white players closer to him. The white players aim is to keep possesion on the ball and move the ball forward to the attacking third where they need to score in one of the two goalposts. None of the white players is allowed to exit their box. The defenders (red players) can move in both boxes and if they retreive the ball they win a point!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now players have limited time of two minutes to score as many goals as possible.
Change players positions every now and then.
