Set out with four defenders in each box, there role is to challenge the attacker but they cannot leave their box and must wait for the attacker to enter their box before leaving the opposing corner.
The attacker must progress through each box beating the man with the aim to get a shot on goal immediately after exiting the last box, they will get 1 point for every box passed and 5 for every goal scored.
Every player must go round twice and the one with the most points wins.
