If attacking team ( red team) possess the ball they should look to work the ball out to their striker. The striker has 3 options, 1) Play the ball pack to central players who should be sprinting forward. 2)Play the ball to the right flank. 3) play the ball to the left flank. Once the ball is passed in to the striker all defenders and strikers can sprint forward to quickly counter. Attacking team must aim to score and defending team must clear the ball either by working it out from the back or clearing their lines. No players are allowed to move forward until the ball is passed into the striker.
