DESCRIPTION

  • Blue defenders try to keep ball in 3v3
  • Reds try to win ball back and play in their attacker
  • The red who passes the ball out of box stays in box and the other 2 now sprint to support the counter attack
  • 1 defender outside of box to start with

Progression:

  • Add 2nd defender to force striker to hold up play and wait for support
