Players in 4 groups, across the 2 big sections with groups at either end, ball between 3
Going in groups of 3 players work their way down pitch performing routine of throw, head, catch
Goal scored by player throwing ball and another player heading into goal
Groups go at same time from opposite ends, once group finished they join group nearest goal they have just attacked
