Objective - To help develop the keepers co-ordination and passing accuarcy.
Drills 1 - 2 - 3
Drill 1: Passing
Cones 4 steps horizontel - 6 steps vertically.
One Keeper at each end and one in the middle.
Keeper at the top starts with the ball, passes it to the one in the middle and calls for which side he wants it on, once recieved back the keeper will play a long ball down the line to the oposite keeper where they will pass the ball to the middle keeper and repeat.
Set 1: 2 touch
Set 2: 1 touch
Rotate after 30 seconds.
Drill 2. (Middle picture)
Keeper going through cones, coach will call a colour an keeper will pass the ball to that colour, once ball is passed keeper is to re align and recieve a volley from the coach x 6 serves 3 sets.
Last drill.
Keeper laying on their stomach in the middle of the goal: when coach will call out one of three numbers.
1: Right foot pass, 2 left foot pass, 3 volley.
6-8 servces 3 sets
Finish with long passing or a game.
