Set out 2 goals on each end of a pitch with cones 1m apart marking out a central area.
All players to have a ball each and will attempt to dribble to the far side of the pitch to score a goal.
Progressions
1. Once player has passed through the central area at either the left or right side, player must score in the goal on the opposite side to which was entered.
2. Can the player perform a piece of skill inside the central are (e.g. Maradonna, step overs, faints and accelerate)
3. Introduce 2 defenders in the central area; 1 on each side of the area.
