DESCRIPTION:
- Play 40x30 area
- 7-aside
- Mark 3yd squares in each corner and one central, each team attacks 2 squares AND can score in the central square
- Game is directional, teams score by receiving a pass into one of the 2 end squares or the central square
- Passes must be timed to meet team-mate entering square. No "camping out" in squares
COACHING POINTS:
- Passes must be accurate and with purpose
- Use safe side and leading passes to maintain possession
