Redirecting Air Balls using a feint

DESCRIPTION

  • Level 1: Player self serves, fakes a shot and redirects with the outside of the foot (both feet)
  • Level 2: Player self serves, fakes a shot and redirects with the inside of the foot (both feet)
  • Level 3: In pairs, partner throws to the receiver who runs to the ball, feints and redirects
  • Level 4: The pair who throws the ball up puts pressure on the receiver, they must decide which direction to go

Progress:

  • Group of the 3. Player 1 throws the balls to player 2 who feints and redirects the ball. Player 2 passes the ball on the floor to player 3 who predicts to player 1.
