Pass and move series designed to help with overlaps and bent runs off of the ball.
Grid is an hour glass shape which is 20x20, includes 6 players (one at each cone), and 1 ball
Plays work in groups of 3, rotating on their side of the grid while the ball transitions around through all 6 players.
Passes From Diagram: Top left red player initiates play with a long pass to the orange player opposite him/her (lower left). A quick diagonal back pass is made to the closest interior player (middle left), followed by a diagonal forward pass across the same side of the grid to the 3rd orange player (lower right). Next pass is a diagonal back pass to the interior red player (middle right) followed by an angled pass to the outside of the grid (lower right). The last pass goes long down the side (to upper right) and the patern is repeated on the opposite side.
Movement From Diagram: Initial passer (top left red) stays in place after the first pass (just to start). Lower left orange player makes a bent run to the outside (left) of the grid and will replace the same side interior player. Interior orange player will make a bent overlap down through the middle of the grid and end up on the outside right. Right orange player will make a slight bent run into the interior of the grid and then move to the lower left. (opposite movements apply to the red players on the top)
