Set-Up: 4 players, 1 ball, and 4 cones set up in a box. Box is anywhere from 5x5 to 10x10.
Play: Player 1 is at cone "A", Player 2 is at cone "B", and player 3 is at cone "C" leaving cone "D" empty. Player 1 starts with the ball and plays to player 2 (cone B), then sprints to cone D (open cone). 2 plays to 3 (cone C), then sprints to A (open cone). 3 plays to 1 (cone D), then sprints to B (open cone).
Repeat, playing the ball to the player that is not sprinting then move to the open cone after your pass.
Speed of play: start slow to get the rotation down then speed it up to where it is uncomfortable but still under control.
Be focused on positioning and your first touch.
Progress to 1 touch if able to.
