Blue player attacks the goal with the ball. Red player comes out to create a front on 1v1 situation for the attacker to get past. If defender wins the ball he can score in the opposite goal.
Attacker then joins defender line and vice versa. In the case of even numbers, try to regularly scramble lines to avoid the same players meeting repeatedly.
Watch for:
- Timing of move to get around defender - not too close but not too early.
- Keep close control of the ball
- Look beyond to ball to know where the defender and the goalkeeper are
