Each player links up with another player. Starting at the half way line, they take up a place in the top box, player on the right makes a long pass to the player on the left, the player on the right advances into the next box, and so does the player on the left with the ball.
The player on the left then plays it back to the player on the right and so on..
Once out of the boxes a through ball must be played and a goal must be scored for the point to be earned.
