The main activity will be that the participants will be passing the ball in a small squared area marked out by cones. There will be two teams of six which means that when one team has the possession of the ball they have to make sure that they use accurate and effective passes to allow their team to be able to keep the ball in their team’s possession. The team without the ball in their possession will be defending to stop the ball being passed from player to player by intercepting the passes and man marking the other team to allow less chances of easy passes. This drill will make sure that the participants are choosing the correct player to pass to allowing the ball to be passed safely to make sure that they possession is kept in their team. There will be two balls going at the same time which means that the participants should be on their toes to allow them to quickly react to the ball.
