jog backwards to the top cone and forwards to the start cone done twice
skipping there and back twice
static stretching - five minutes stretching

in and out of the cone and sprint
in and out backwards and sprint
hop on one leg over the cones and push off on it two on each leg
lieing down hands behind back say go and go to the last blue cone and back to the first and sprint to the red cone
continuous warm up do not allow for any rest periods during this warm up
