DESCRIPTION

ignore first four cones at the start of the warm up everything is done twice 

jog out and around the two cones twice 

side steps two then switch done twice again

jog backwards to the top cone and forwards to the start cone done twice 

skipping there and back twice 

static stretching - five minutes stretching 

fast footwork - involves the first four cones - always a sprint between the end blue cone and the red cone can walk back also everyrthing done twice again 

in and out of the cone and sprint 

in and out backwards and sprint

hop on one leg over the cones and push off on it two on each leg

lieing down hands behind back say go and go to the last blue cone and back to the first and sprint to the red cone  

COACHING POINTS

continuous warm up do not allow for any rest periods during this warm up
