6 Blues vs 3 Reds placed in the white box and 2 reds in the yellow boxes.
PROGRESSION 1
Blues try to pass a vertical pass to their teammates without having their ball intercepted by the reds. Reds are only allowed to move within the white box. When the vertical pass is succesful the blues play a 3v1 against the red who is situated in the yellow box. Change the players every 2 minutes.
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the Reds are allowed to attack towards the 4 goals and score whenever they intecept a vertical pass.
