This game have the kids split on both sides on the gym. This will be the warm up so just start slow with basic moving patterns.
Ideas:
Dribble with the right foot only/left foot
Dribble with the inside of the foot only/outside
Dribble with the laces only/bottoms
Dribble as slow as you can/as fast as you can
**Introduce the pull back turn. (Talk about when they would use this type of turn.)
Once they are comfortable with it get them to explode out (change of pace) of the space they were into.
** If that was easy can we introduce "Stomp the bug" (Fake one way go the other way)
Keep in mind that you want them to do the moves but making sure they are dribbling under control.
