Split the area into three sections with the centre section larger than the other two.
In the centre section, will be defenders who will try to tag the attackers as they run from one of the end sections to the other. If tagged, the defender receives a point. Once the attackers get through to the other side, they are to collect a football and try to dribble the ball back to the other side. Defenders receive a point for each tackle they make. Attackers receive a point for every football successfully dribbled through.
Scores to be recorded on a white board after each round by the players.
Roles are then reversed between attackers and defenders.
-Can players find gaps in between defenders to dribble through.
-Can players show accelleration to go past defenders.
-Can all players show agility in order to react to their opponents moves.
-Can players show close ball control
