Players start session with two teams on each side of the posts. The first teams player dribbles to square and around the cone using the outside of their foot. Player takes a touch in square and shoots. The Next line then goes.
Make sure line that turns left shoots with their right and the line that turns with their right foot and the player with turning right shoots with their left foot.
Progression: Players do cut into square and shoot. during players run to square they pass ball in square and run around square and one touch the ball on the shot
CP: Proper form shooting, Shooting with the laces, following through locking their ankle and landing on their shooting foot and making sure their plant foot is next to ball and toe pointing towards net.
