Players will be grouped of three's.
Players will pass the ball to the middle player, the middle player will turn around and then pass to the end player.
This activity, keeps players on each, the middle player will be doing a turn if the player find it very easier, ask them to do a skill (eg, through the legs, spin the ball using only one foot.)
Make sure all players get to do each position, this is key because all the positions involve different things, eg middle you need to turn and recieve. the last cone you need to receive.
if the players are finding it too easy, make them only use one foot or one touch. This will increase the intensity of the skill.
Also you can change the distance longer or shorter, which will change the intensity!
