Split the players into 3 teams so that 1 team will be waiting on the outside whilst the other 2 teams play against eachother.
Time each match so that there is equal game time for each team.
Allow time for the players to organise themselves into a formation that compliments the sessions key objectives.
Rotate each players position between each of their matches.
For the team watching, set them observations to watch out for and for them to feed back to the teams once that match has finished. Observations should be focused on the key objectives.
